Ok.. here’s a bit of background. So I decided to give a rather revolutionary lifestyle change a try. And I started intermittent fasting (IF as it’s commonly known). Ideally, according to Alex, my guide, I should be on a pure carnivore diet while practising intermittent fasting. And this for number of research-backed reasons. Not just some diet fad. I’ll share more on diet fads later

Anyway, I’m weighing in at 97.4kg as at this morning. I averaged a 17 hour fast per day over 6 days. Breaking the fast wasn’t easy as I hate food that’s been in the flask so I easily reached for what was available in the office canteens. Plus ovulation came with its cravings!! My God!! some days I was craving sugar so badly I would have to take a walk and I kept losing energy. So I took a can of malt twice in the week. For the most part though, I was clean. Next week I’ll try better
